What you want to do, have the IVR tell the EWT to the caller, then use the CONVERSE command Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.

No we will be asking customers questions about what they want to buy over the phone and when we have that information before passing the call back to the ACD we wnat to know what the hold time is, if it is long we will keep them in the IVR and either ask more questions or play them marketing messages. If the hold time is low then pass them through
