ODBC Error on line of code used to update or access a linked table

Hi,

1. The database is in Access 97 format.

2. The Linked Table is linked to a .dbf(Dbase)file.

3. On an NT 4.0 machine, I get this error, but process works fine on a Windows 2000 machine. Both sytems rune office 2000.

I tried reinstalling my program several times, but without but still get this error.

Any help is appreciated.
