ODBC Error Code S1003 (Program type out of range)

My PowerBuilder 6 application connects to Access 97. It works fine on my computer, but when I deploy it to another computer, I get the ODBC error SQLSTATE=S1003, which means "Program type out of range". Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The error is probably caused by the version of ODBC. Check this link.
