ODBC Connectivity

Hi All

I'm trying to setup an ODBC connection to a SQL Server database from a Win 2K Pro client but I'm getting this message when I go to create it

'The setup routines for the SQL Server ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126'

It works from other machines but not this one which is a new PC.

Has anyone any ideas?
