ocx is not visible

I created an ocx with vb6.
I then opened a new exe project and wanted to include the control.
However, the ocx is missing from the component list.
Yet, it shows when I use explorer (It's in system32)
Why is it invisible in the vb project component list.
I even registered it successfully with regsvr32. Still, it's invisible.

I think I got it !
I clicked on Project Properties and typed in a Project Description. Sure enough, I saw the description in Components.
