How would I go about listing all distributions lists within an office? Is there a special report that lists this or can I get this from the message manager mailbox?

For Octel 200:
from the @ prompt type 'u' and enter
from the . prompt type 'list dist' and pres enter
You will get back a LST: Just press enter again
The DL lists will show up - you will see the DL number on the left and then all the extensions below it, then the next DL...etc...

Ok thanks so much but on the octel aria 250 I dont get any prompts but only the main menu screen with all the options 1 through 22
General system parameters 1-6
mailboxes 7-9
system management 11-22

sorry, I'm not familiar with Aria 250 - but I do think there is a downloadable manual on support.avaya.com
