Hi,

I've got a problem. I'm trying to figure out on our Audix and our Octel VM systems how to change the key mapping.

Someone before changed the key mapping so that 9 and # on Octel prompt for password to get access to VM box.

How can I change # back to the command to bypass a user's vocemail greeting and go straight to leaving a voicemail?

I can't seem to find where these commands are in either audix or octel.

Thanks

On your definty, check the feature access codes.
You may also have to check that whatever you want to change
is within the scope of your dialplan.

I misread your post, Sorry.
So is the problem with the octel or the audix?

Let's stick with Audix first.

Octel is second problem.

Audix key mapping is my first problem. Somehow # was enabled to enter password instead of bypass greeting.

I'm just curious how you see what keys are mapped to what functions within audix, and how you change them.
