Have you checked the thread where rgbean has suggested some places and it may be good.. as two people have cast their vote for that. thread182-89763
I have not tried them anyway. And also my above suggestion may take you atleast few days more for delivery (just shipment time).

Yes, I've seen that thread already.
I have Contacted Emsps - they are a ripoff.. the unix version they are selling for 99-135 is only the runtime (which can be easily found for download for free).
and from 500-1000 for the dos version. I may be looking for hard to find software,, but I'm not a idiot
