Obtaining Basic Programming Manuals

I am absolutely clueless when it comes to programming telephone systems. I have however run across some problems at my workplace and have been designated the person to figure out how to do it... So rather than putting lots of stupid questions up here and annoying you all is there a place that I can get some basic manuals for norstar phones and systems... preferably online points of contact.

Also, what version do you have? around 2.0 or 3.0 nortel started including a CD with every purchase that included a PDF form of all the documentation. If you check around you may be able to find that disk since it should have been left with the phone system. also prior to nortel putting in the CD docs they had included written docs. so looking around your phone room or files may turn up something for you.
