Obtain one sheet from multiple files 1

I have 10 seoarate excel files, each with one sheet with the same structure of sheet. In those files users will enter data in each row and, in time, the numbers of rows will grow.
I need to detect the numbers of row completed at least one cell and to obtain a new file wich will have a sheet with every row of data entered in those files. I must mention that my new file have already formated cells for all data cells. So i need to concatenate all rows from each of 10 files, and automatically sort on one columnin to my new obtain sheet in that new file.
Maybe is a good ideea to keep closed those 10 files when i extract data from them.

Any ideea will be apreciated.
