Observe functionality seems to be nonfunctional.
while trying use observe key, supervisor receives fast busy signal. Supervisor also indicated that she was able to obsere prior to this week.
Have you installed a third-party application to record agent interactions or the like? An agent can only be observed by one "supervisor" at a time, and those applications typically use a supervisor observe emulation. Or, has a change been made to the queue concerning what the supervisor can observe (such as yes or no on personal DN calls)?
You might try disabling/enabling the set. What type of phone? If a 2000 series, perhaps a keycap was moved on the phone. Might want to make sure the programming matches the labeling.
Might want to check that the agent is still assigned to that supervisor.
From what I recall, supervisors can only observe agents that are assigned to them.
