I have to create two reports that are very similar. So what I did was modified the first report when I created the second report. What I found strange is when I set the location for the second report, under Databases in the Set Location window, the name of the view used for the first report is listed. However, Location shows the correct view name that is used for the second report. Is it a bug? I'm using Crystal Report 8.5. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any input.

Dear CrystalVis,

Go to Database/Set Alias and type in the correct Alias Name.

When I have reasons to set location, I prefer to set the Alias if it is different, prior to setting the location.

Hope that helps,
