I am working with:
Fleet: Nz([qryUNSusageMain]![Fleet],[qryUNSusageMain].[Fleet])

If fleet is null - I don't want it to show "0" - I want it to show a value from another field or field from another table.

Any suggestions or examples?

Thanks in advance,
JW

That'll work...it would just be:

Fleet: nz([qryUNSusageMain]![Fleet], [Name of the Field you want when null)

GoDawgs,

This is what I got in query result:

RemovalDate Usage Fleet
4/1/2003 6 757
5/1/2003 0
6/1/2003 2 757
7/1/2003 4 757

Where Usage is 0 I am needing Fleet to show 757.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks

I'm confused...what exactly does your query look like? You have a field named "Fleet", but you're also checking if "Fleet" is null, and if it is you're returning "Fleet" in your original formula.
