We have some old SCO (sorry) Unix clients.
I know I know it's not supported but we're stuck with them ;-)
We were able to restore file on these clients without any problems in the last few years.
The Networker server runs on Win2000.
Recently we upgraded to 7.2.
Then we started to have problems with the restore with the SCO clients.
We are able to start nwrecover, we change date, we browse and check files.
But as soon a we press start we get the following message
"nwrecover: Diagnostic: server may be down"
We tried many work around. Get the file on a deferent unix/Linux client and we get the same message. We tried a save set recover on an other platform we just can't get the data.
This is frustrating we can see the save sets on the media but we can't restore it.
