NWAgent shuts down after a week.

On one of my NW servers the backup fails every Wednesday.&nbsp;&nbsp;When I check, the NW agent isn't running.&nbsp;&nbsp;I start it up, check the log (nothing odd) and it's fine...until next Wednesday.<br><br>Any ideas?<br>
