NW management console (Switching hosts) any advice welcome

i am switching from a PC GX280 to a Dell 2650. We are upgrading to Networker 7.4.1 and need a more robust server.
I'm looking for any advice or maybe someone who did the same or similar thing.. my OS is 2003sp2 and NW ver two domains 7.2.2 and one domain with 7.4.1

Any and all advice will be appreciated
