Is there a way to control the number of detail line each page in a report form ?

Now I change the size of footer and header to do so, but when I print it to WinFax, the page in WinFax takes more lines than printing on real paper, even I set the same paper size both in WinFax and report form.

Since the Winfax printer driver is different than the default printer driver, the kind of result you are getting is expected. I would suggest your adjust your report based on the Winfax driver. If you require both output, a solution would be to create two versions of the report.

One way to control the number of detail lines on each page of a report is to add another field to the detail file called PAGENO. Then fill this field with number one (1) for each detail line you wish to have appear on page 1, number two (2) on each detail line you wish to have appear on page 2, etc ....

Then in your report form, create a GROUP based upon the PAGENO field and set the flag for starting a NEW PAGE for each new group.

This can get somewhat complicated but it can be done.
