Number of ip addresses required for CM6 ESS VM

Hello,

We are looking to roll out a ESS Simplex VM(with the revised coverged control network that comes in CM6)

In CM5 just for eth2,3 &4 there were 9 ip addresses.

Does anyone know how many would be required for an ESS Simplex VM?

Off of my head...

System Platform:
cdom
dom0
vsalgw/services VM
~~~~
CM Template:
utility server
CM

So I see 5 IPs for an ESS. Utility Server is optional.
