There is a local phone number that is no longer accessible from dialing it from our Definity G3, as of a few days ago. No changes have been made to the switch pertaining to this area. BUT if you dial it from a cell phone it works normal. I looked at the digit analysis table and everything looks normal. Is there any other place I can look, or any other suggestions I can try.

Try putting a trace on a station and placing a call (list trace station xxx). That should show you the trunk group being used and the digits being sent.

It's actually hitting an outgoing trunk, but then goes idle. It seems as though it's hitting the LEC and the message comes back as an invalid number.

Take a butt set and try dialing direct from the dmark. If it works, then have the LEC fix it. They will want to know what line U are dialing out on, and a precise time you called so the can trace it through their system. U must have called the number within 24 hours as their data only lasts that long usually.
