Number formatting - not working in some cells

Hi,

I have got some cells with "General" number formatting with nothing showing in the sample.

Then, other cells are showing a "0" in the sample, and this is with the "General" ticked off.

I don't want anything to show up in the cells if I tick off "General"

Would anyone know what might be wrong?

I wouldn't "tick off" the General. ;-)

You really have not proveded enough pertinent information.

What is "the sample?"

"nothing showing in the sample" What is ACTUALLY in the CELL that is not showing?

"Then, other cells are showing a "0" in the sample, and this is with the "General" ticked off." What is ACTUALLY in this cell?

"I don't want anything to show up in the cells if I tick off "General"" That is not possible without special VBA coding.
