ntwe04 cable pin outs

does anybody knows the pin assignment of a NTWE04 cable, it connects DB 15 ITG cable to a DB25 SDI/DCH port.

the pin outs on the db15 are 1-9 3-11 with 1 and 3 being transmit.. normal 25 pin connections for an rj25 are pair 23 transmit and pair 24 rec... might want to try a loop back on those pins
