NTSC to PAL transfer?

I need to have an NTSC dvd transferred to PAL format for release in England. I need a professional job so the transfer looks as much like the original as possible.
Ideally I'd like to have my DVD master translated to a PAL master for replication.
Can anyone recommend a tech service that does a good job?
