I have a customer that wants me to install a NTRB21BA card in his OPT61C. He has three Dual Port Cards now and a vacant slot for annother card but doesn't want to buy another dual port card. I can't find any documentation on how to do this.

Did you repost in the CS1000 forum? This is a moderately complex process if you are setting up a T1 for them.
