NTP Client on Win 3.1.1

hi guys,

Sorry am new to NTP and i have this urgent request to install NTP (network Time Protocol) Client Software on a Win 3.1.1 machine.

I need to know if this is possible or not. If yes, Please do tell me on how to proceed.

They claim it will work on Win3x.
