due to work requirements (i do a lot of VO), i finally broke down and installed winxp on /dev/hdc. for some reason winxp insisted on installing some files on /dev/hda, so i created /dev/hda3 for its use. after the install i had to recover my grub setup, so using a RH rescue disk i re-installed grub. now when i try to boot windows i get 'ntldr missing'. thoughts?

grub.conf:
title linux
kernel (hd0,0)/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.20-4 root=/dev/hda1 devfs=mount vga=791 hdd=ide-scsi
initrd (hd0,0)/boot/initrd-2.4.20.img

title windos
root (hd0,2)
makeactive
chainloader +1

ntldr, boot.ini, and ntdetect.com reside on /dev/hda3, with %SYSTEMDIR% on /dev/hc1

boot.ini:
[boot loader]
timeout=1
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(2)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(2)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

boot.ini above maybe completely hosed as i fiddled with the 'default' line some.
