NTLDR is missing?

Anyone seen Win 2K Server just completely lose the boot files out of the boot drive? Server shuts down all on its own, and upon a reboot, reports that the ntldr is missing. In fact, all boot files are missing. Boot.ini, ntldr, ntdetect, all the good old boys decided to take off. Would love to find out what's causing this, as this is now the second time I've seen this happen on the same machine. Any help or insight would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
