NTLDR is missing???

Tried firing up a PC and I keep getting the

"NTLDR is missing
Press any key to restart"

Now it is an HP and I was trying to get into the BIOS so I could boot from CD-rom to reinstall but it either wont let me or I dont know the key that HP uses to enter the BIOS. I tried Del, F2, and F10.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get by this.

the install floppies for 2k (4) or XP (6) to allow you to start install (also recovery console) from floppy rather than CD.

Have you looked in the floppy drive yet?
