I have a dual boot configuration with 2000 server and 98. How can i delete FAT and NTFS partitions so i can reformat the entire drive?

NTFS deletion

If you are putting Win2k on it just boot to the setup and it will allow you to delete and repartition all the drives.
If you are putting Win98 on it create a win98 boot disk. Put the disk in and reboot. Use FDISK to delete all partitions and create any new partitions you desire.
There are other ways also if need be.
