NTDS KCC error 1265

This is such a great forum. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am having major replication issues between my 2 W2k Server DCs. I tend to make all my changes on one, and they are not being replicated to the second. Both are on the same site. The specific error is from NTDS KCC and the event ID is 1265. The message is "RPC server is too busy to complete this operation." The second DC also has this error.

I have found a reference to this error on the KB, but it says to contact MS for a patch. Is this the only way?

I know this has not been responded too but I am in the same boat as the above question. Can anyone please let me know if the patch is the way to go or what other solutions there are?
