My Win2K computer seems to take longer to boot than it did a couple weeks ago. I did an "Enable Boot Logging" boot and after looking at the TXT file, I found a couple weird entries:

1. The driver "kmixer.sys" is shown as loading 3 times. In fact, the last two entries in the list are for the kmixer.sys file. Is this normal?

2. rdbss.sys and mrxsmb.sys load, but later on, there is a message that these two drivers "Did not load". Again, is this normal?

Thanks.

Hi,

1- Have you recently upgraded to SP3?
2- Are you using a VIA Chipset/gfxCard/soundcard? If so upgrade all the drivers for it.
