Ntbackup--Auto Start and Auto Eject?

Hello All, Stupid question I know for those of you who have tons of experience. I have a client that is running Win2k Server. They are using NTBackup pending order of A copy of Veritas. I have set them up a backup schedule in NTBackup. The app will launch and load the job, but you have to click on the "Backup Now" button to start the backup. Also the tape will not automatically eject after completion of the job. How can I set NTBackup to automatically start the backup and then eject the media when it is finished?
