NT4 to W2K Upgrade Help

I currently have a number of servers that are running NT4.0 SP6a, that I would like to upgrade to W2K. What is my best plan of action, do I upgrade the PDC first or last, then the other servers gradually or do I have to upgrade all servers at the same time.

All help appreciated.

If the NT 4 servers are "member servers" you can upgrade them at any time. If the NT 4 server is a "Domain Controller" you will need to upgrade the "Primary" DC before upgrading other BDCs.
