NT4 MEMBER SRV in W2K3 DOMAIN??

Hi,

would appreciate your thoughts on this one:

- My customer has 2 NT4 DC´s, and a member server.
- The member server has SHARE and NTFS permissions assigned to both Global Groups and users directly.
- The customer likes to migrate (NOT upgrade!!) the 2 NT4 DC´s to W2K3 DC´s.
- After the migration the different objects will be placed in different OU´s (departemental design).

Question:
"After the migration, will the Global Groups and users with their Share/NTFS permissions still apply to the NT4 Member Server, as it was before the migration??"
