Hi, i'm french so excuse bad english

On a single computer (with no ASP/WEB/CGI/PHP server) how can i tell some 'hello xxx' where xxx is the WIN98/NT4 login entered at the power on of the computer ???

From Javascript, you can't (AFAIK)
