Building NT4.0 PDC server for small LAN. The client has their internet domain "abc.com" hosted by our friendly, global telecom giant.

I want to name use "ABC" as the NT domain.

Is this OK or will I be courting danger?

Should I put "abc.local" or something similar in the Network Properties: Protocol: TCPIP: DNS: Domain field?

Thanks!
