NT4 DNS and DHCP servers not working

Hi and thanks in advance:
I have installed and uninstalled DNS and DHCP so many times I can't count anymore but I am still unable to make them work. The installation seems fine I get no errors but they won't work.

Any ideas?

Hi.

One rule in NT4 - after installing services using the I386 folder,
you MUST reapply the current (or latest) Service Pack to update these files.

And there are other tricky issues specific to DHCP and DNS.
Give more details if you still fail to do it.
