Have a few NT4 clients that came form another area of the company that had their own SMS 2.0 site. Now that they are in a different site server(also 2.0), they are not reporting hardware or software inventory. It looks as though both sites are listed in the systems management properties, but only the old one has been updated. Any hints, tips, or tricks to change sites are welcome.

NT4 Clients not reporting inventory after switching sites

I am assuming that these machines do not travel back and forth frequently and this is a one time move.
A fairly easy solution would be to remove the client and re-add it. Especially if you only have a few.
Also, make sure that you site boundaries don't overlap between sites.
Are your clients running the SMSLS.bat on login? Run the SMSLS.bat on one of these problematic clients to see if it helps identify the correct site.
