I currently have the choice of sticking with having an NT server as a domain controller or using a Novell Netware server as a domain controller. My section uses mainly Microsoft products including Microsoft SourceSafe (of which the database is on the NT Server). Does anyone have any pros and cons about whether or not I should move to the Novell Netware server?

A Netware box cannot act as a primary domain controller in a mainly NT network, but its equivalent of NDS and Client32 is way ahead of the flat user/group structure used by NT.
Even Win2K's active directory is rumoured not to be as flexible as NDS, but it is far more comparable in terms of facilities.
