the reason i want them is because i have just bult myself an NT server fresh from the Cdrom and ive lost the disk i made with all the service packs on

You only need to apply the latest (SP6a), not all of them! -----------------------------------------------------

The SP system is designed so that you don't have to do exactly what you plan to do. By applying SP6a to a newly installed server/workstation, this will apply all fixes from all Service Packs.

Quote taken from
"Service packs are cumulative. This means that the bugs fixed in a service pack are also fixed in subsequent service packs."

In other words, apply the latest SP only. -----------------------------------------------------

I have numerous NT servers in a production network with exposure to te internet for both and Terminal Services. Standard installation process is to install NT, install, SP6a, then install security roll-up patch q299444i, followed by any subsequent related security patches. Not only do subsequent service packs include ALL previous fixes, they also include fixes for inadvertent "features" added by botched code in previous service packs

Thamks alot everyone, ill install sp6a now on top of 4, thats as far as i got, im only useing a 56k dial up in a very bad area, i get top download rates of 2.4k normally its about 1.2ish
