NT service. Error 2140

I have created my own NT service. Installed. But when I starts, it gives following error:
Could not start the [my service name] service on [\\mydomain]
Error 2140: An internal Windows NT error occurred.

Any idea???

events manager?. mean where? I have installed the service on my local NT workstation. Will you please explain me in detail? appriciate for your interest to help me.

Description:

This information in the event viewer is the first step to finding out what went wrong.

 
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer Let me know if this helps
