NT Backup

I am having problems with NT backup. I have a system that is standalone and has a travan tape drive. I have used the MMS to prepare the media in removeable storage and then I created backup jobs using backup. The first night backup works fine but the job bomb(after changing them each night) after that and I check the logs and it says that there is no media available. Any ideas where I can get information to set up my backup solution to work correctly?
