NT back up doesn't overwrite on tape

Hi,
I have a Win 2003 Server Std and trying to use NT back up for daily full back up, once scheduled a job, it only works if the media is blank, otherwise it says it can't find the media unless at the time backup starts I would be present to confirm that is ok to overwrite the tape and format it.
Any idea how I can force the NT back up to oevrwrite any media ??

It can be kind of a pain. You may be better off using a script to do this, or purchasing a third-party program such as ArcServe or BackupExec. For scripting NT Backup, see my ancient thread thread931-655160.
