Are you wnating to know who gains access to the program or do you want specific individuals to not have access to it?
One thing you can do (depending on what you are trying to do) is right click on the Application go to properties. then security then click on advanced. You can control who does what from here. You can audit the application to monitor who uses it or you can deny use to specific individuals. James Collins
