NT 4 to Windows 2000 Upgrade 1

Does anyone know if there is a way of telling if a windows 2000 server was upgraded from NT 4???

go to :

%Systemroot%\System32

and look for a file called "$winnt$.inf"

there should be a data section with 3 upgrade parameters. If they all are set to "no", it was a clean install.
