NT 4 management tools

Does anyone know of any NT management tools that would perform the following:

- last logged in time for user
- total space used (user files) for user
- When files were last accessed
- files that are duplicated on the server
(same file stored multiple times)

We're also looking for somethingt that has similar reporting for Exchange 5.5.

Any help would be appreciated
