I have an NT 4.0 Workstation that has had three different printers that were shared network printers at some given time. All but one has been completely removed from this workstation, however if you browse the network all three still show up as shared under that workstation. How do I go about deleting the two old one's as this causes problems with users who need to re-map to the correct printer and they see 3 to choose from??. Keith Buchanan

Control Panel -> Server -> Shared Look through the shares and delete the ones you don't want.

OR

Start -> Run -> REGEDIT32

Goto HK_LOCAL_MACHINE -> System -> Current_Control_Set -> SErvices -> LANMANSERVER -> SHARES

Delete the unwanted shares from here.

Hope this helps. Joseph L. Poandl
