I just took over a new Network and they have a fax server that is running nt 4.0. I want to upgrade it to 2000 advance server so i can add it to our 2003 domain. The fax software only runs on nt or 2000. Is this possiable? Has anyone ever upgraded a NT to 2000 to join a 2003 domain?

IMHO, it is possible...., can't see why not.
only problem could be compatibility of PC of software with 2000.
you can run the setup winnt32.exe on the CD with the switch /checkupgradeonly to see if the server has material or software that may not work with windows2000...
