NT 4.0 to 2K Server

Can somebody give me some links or some documentation on the best way to migrate to 2K server from NT 4.0?

I currently have an NT 4.0 server in place and I have a new Windows 2K server that I want to replace it with. But I have to set up the 2K server just like the 4.0 server. Just wondering if there was something out there that would help me do this...
