NT/2000/XP Task Manager on 9x? 1

Is there a way that one could get the NT/2000/XP Task Manager to run on Win9x? Alternately, are there 3rd-party apps that can show the same thing?

Basically I am looking for something that can show me a list of all running threads, how much RAM they are eating, and their processor utilization.
