NS700, have an extension on one PBX forward to another at lunchtime

Is it possible to set an extension on one of our buildings PBX to forward to an extension on another PBX in another building at 12:30 let's say?

It depends...
Are your PBX systems interconnected? Can the first extension make a direct call to the second extension by extension number?
If so, set the second extension as the intercept destination at lunchtime.
